Export Order for Fishing Vessel Propellers and Shafting Products to Indonesia
Yesterday, our factory successfully secured an export order for fishing vessel propellers and shafting products destined for Indonesia. Below is a detailed introduction to the products included in this order:
- Material: Cast from nickel-aluminum bronze. This material exhibits excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high strength, and good anti-cavitation performance. It can adapt to the long-term operation of fishing vessels in marine environments, effectively resisting seawater erosion and damage to the propeller caused by cavitation.
- Dimensions: The propeller has a diameter of 2.8 meters and 4 blades. The blade area and pitch are precisely designed to provide efficient thrust within the common speed range of fishing vessels, ensuring the fishing vessels have excellent sailing performance.
- Thrust Performance: Under designed working conditions, it can generate a maximum thrust of 80kN, which can meet various operational needs of fishing vessels such as trawling and navigation, and help fishing vessels operate efficiently.
- Material: Forged from high-quality 35CrMo alloy steel. This material has excellent mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of approximately 850-950MPa and a yield strength of no less than 650MPa. It can withstand large torque and fatigue, making it suitable for the long-term operation requirements of fishing vessels.
- Dimensions: The stern shaft has a length of 4.5 meters, a shaft body diameter of Φ180mm, and a flange end diameter of Φ220mm, ensuring stable connection with the propeller and gearbox.
- Torque-Bearing Capacity: It can bear a maximum torque of 30kN·m, ensuring efficient transmission of engine power to the propeller and facilitating the smooth navigation of fishing vessels.
- Stern Shaft Sealing Device
- Type: Mechanical sealing device.
- Structure and Principle: It consists of a rotating ring (made of wear-resistant silicon carbide) and a stationary ring (made of graphite). The elastic element provides pre-tightening force to ensure tight contact between the sealing surfaces of the two rings. The double-layer sealing structure can effectively prevent seawater from entering the ship and lubricating oil from leaking.
- Sealing Performance: The seawater leakage rate is controlled within ≤0.5ml/h, far exceeding the industry standard. It can also adapt to the conditions where the shaft has a radial runout of ≤0.15mm and an axial displacement of ±0.5mm.
